BACKSTORY

Describe their childhood (newborn - age 10): Born in Tallahassee, Florida, Jason was raised by his mother and father, who were both avid members of the community. They brought Jason with them whenever they got the chance, since he was their first and only child. Jason was a little shy at first when his parents took him out with them to community events. he was really shy when starting school. He was always afraid of being alone in school, but in time, however, he manage to befriend a boy named Casey. It didn’t take long for them to become best friends.

Describe their  teenage years (11 - 19): As he grew older, Jason’s life started to become a trouble one. His mother had developed cancer when he started middle school, and then died from it when he was in the 8th grade. This drove his father into a deep depression, which eventually drove him to kill himself 3 months later. Jason, devastated by what had happen, had thoughts on doing the same thing, since he was all alone and had no one else to turn to. That all changed when Casey, his best friend, invited Jason to live with him and his family. Jason questioned it at first, but Casey really didn’t give him an option. Casey’s family took Jason in as if he was apart of their family. Ever since then, Casey and Jason became more like brothers.

Jason had a typical high school life. When he graduated, he got a full scholarship to Florida State University, his parents’ alma mater. In honor of his parents, he went to FSU,  taking computer classes and got his bachelor's and master’s degree in computer science.

Describe their  adult years (20+): After college, while watching TV, Jason noticed Casey on TV, as a boxer. After a chat over the phone Casey invited him to move up to Virginia, where Casey was staying. Jason took the offer and moved up to Virginia, where, in time, he began his boxing training. In about one year, Jason had become a natural boxer, with reflexes and speed that was unmatched by anyone, even for Casey, which was the number one contender for the championship title at the time. On the day of the title matchup, Casey had to battle it out with the reigning champion from Russia. Jason was one of Casey’s helpers that day. It was a good well-fought match, but fight started to become one sided, with the russian in favor. In the final round, the russian delivered a nasty uppercut to Casey’s face, causing him to go down. Jason’s eyes widen as he saw Casey, lifeless on the ground as the ref was counting down. When the ref had finished the countdown and the match was over, he hurried over to Casey. He, then, realized that his best friend, his brother in bond, had passed, beaten to death. Consumed by rage and tears streaming down his face, knowing that he was all alone again, he vowed revenged on the russian boxer, and went to the mountains and trained for three years. When he got back from training, and having become the number one contender in the boxing ring, he had challenged the same russian boxer, who is now the 8-time reigning champion, to a title match. Jason won by KO in the second round.

Since then, he has defended the light-heavyweight world title five times, all by KO. On his off days, he works as a local computer technician in a small town in Virginia, when he's not training for the next match.

On some occasions, he travels to different countries, training and learning new fighting styles, including Choi Kwang-do, and Muay Thai.
